The Pension Transfer Agreement (PTA) between the Government of Canada and Export Development Canada (EDC) will be terminated as of March 7, 2012. EDC has indicated that they will continue to honour the terms of the PTA for all transfers initiated by eligible employees who have completed and submitted a request for a transfer estimate under the current PTA, prior to March 7, 2012.
