As part of our continuing efforts to improve service delivery, we have launched the Active Member Pension Application Secure Portal to accompany the suite of online products as part the Compensation Web Applications (CWA).

Members will continue to have access to CWA for their Public Service Health Care Applications, their personalized tools such as the Pension Calculator, Service Buyback Estimator and online Pension and Insurance Benefits Statement. As well, they will now be able to access the new Active Member Pension Application Secure Portal.

This portal will now offer the user new services such as:

• Secure messaging, which will allow you to send requests or questions that may contain protected information to a Pension Expert at the Government of Canada Pension Centre or receive information from a Pension Expert in a secure manner.
• Web Inquiry, which is a function that enables you to send general service requests and inquiries to a Pension Expert at the Pension Centre in a secure manner.

The Active Member Pension Applications Secure Portal is only available to Government of Canada employees working for organizations that participate in the release of the Compensation Web Applications (CWA). These applications are not accessible from outside the Government of Canada network.
